To enhance the efficiency and quality of public service, the Government has established the Civil Service Quality Awards for exemplary individuals, groups or agencies at national, district and local authority level.

These include awards for quality management, innovation, quality control and excellence in the effective implementation of Information and Communications Technology (ICT).
