Consumers can make claims for cases where an injustice has been committed. For example, small claims against a business can be filed in the Magistrate Court if the amount of dispute does not exceed certain amount stipulated by law.

A Tribunal for Consumer Claims was established to hear and determine claims for losses suffered in respect of any goods or service acquired.
