Franchise System

A franchise refers to an agreement between two or more persons where a franchisor grants the rights to a franchisee. The franchise system is governed by the Franchise Act 1988. (Malay version only)

You can operate a franchise business system by registering with the Registrar of Franchise, Ministry of Entrepreneurial and Co-operative Development.
