Companies who wish to establish a private school or learning institution in Malaysia are required to obtain approval from the Ministry of Education through the Department of Private Education. 

Companies are required to submit a letter of proposal to the Department of Private Education.  Upon approval, applicants are then required to submit an application to the Ministry of Education for further action.
